Olive oil

4 chicken thighs
1 onion
1 tomato
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup water
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons paparika
2 tablespoons wheat flour

Salt / pepper - to taste
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
