Ingredient for BasicEggles sponge cake
Maida/ All purpose flour - 1 1/4cups powdered sugar. 2tbsp Butter. (Room Temperature )-100g Baking powder - 1/2tsp Baking Soda - 1/4tsp condensed milk- 200ml vanilla Essence - 1tsp Lemon juice or vinegar or Apple cyder vinegar - 2tsp water - 1/2 cup
Mix soft butter with powderd sugar Add condensed milk vanilla essence and vinegar give a gentle mix Now add dry ingredients . mix gently The batter should be dropping consistency..
Bake the cake in preheated oven
at 170 c for 25-30 mins kindly note ---------(depending upon watts power of microwave timings may vary)
