Can I FINALLY make CAKE POPS that don't fall apart?

✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 box cake mix
• 2 egg whites
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp frosting
• 8 to12 oz melting chocolate (white, milk, or dark)
• Sprinkles, for topping (optional but highly recommended)

Directions:
1. Prepare and bake the cake according to the instructions on the box, using egg whites instead of whole eggs. Add food coloring if you want a pop of color! Let it cool completely.
2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of frosting and mix until the texture holds together when pressed (you can add a bit more frosting if needed).
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Melt the chocolate, keeping it under 90°F so it stays smooth and glossy.
5. Dip one end of each cake pop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it halfway into each cake ball. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
6. Once set, dip each cake pop into the chocolate, spinning gently to coat fully.
7. Tap off the excess, add sprinkles if desired, and let the pops cool upright in a stand or foam block until the chocolate hardens.
8. Serve and enjoy these delicious treats! 🎂🍭
