Meatloaf: 1 lb ground beef 1 egg 1/2 small onion, finely diced 1 garlic clove, minced 4 TBSP ketchup ½ TBSP Worcestershire sauce (to taste) 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup breadcrumbs salt & pepper to taste Topping: 1/2 cup ketchup 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce 2 TBSP brown sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For meatloaf, combine all ingredients except ground beef in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Gently add in ground beef until mixture is just combined. Place mixture in a greased loaf pan or on a cookie sheet lined with foil and greased. Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl. Cover meatloaf with topping mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
