Ingredients for this recipe (3-4 servings):
1kg chicken wings
1/2 tea spoon coriander seeds
1 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon white pepper
1/2 tea spoon chili flakes
1 spoon mustard
1 tea spoon paprika
1/2 tea spoon turmeric
3 garlic cloves
1 tea spoon oregano
2 table spoons olive oil
1 tea spoon sesame seeds
1 floret of broccoli (about 250g)
8-10 small tomatoes
1 red onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 table spoon olive oil
1 table spoon balsamic vinegar
Baking time for the chicken: a total of 40 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius, turn the wings half way through.
