~ Honey mustard salmon, roasted vegetables, pesto gnocchi (serves 2)
2 x salmon fillets
1/2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp, lemon juice
salt & pepper

Roasted Vegetables:
1/2 broccoli
1 red pepper
1 large red onion
EVOO
1 tsp. dried oregano
salt & pepper

Pesto Gnocchi:
200g gnocchi
1.5 tbsp, red pesto


~ Chicken orzo one pan (serves 4)

Chicken thighs:
8 chicken thighs
1 tsp. smoked paprika
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1.5 tbsp. onion powder
2/3 tsp. chilli flakes
1/2. tsp. sumac
1 tbsp. dried oregano
salt + pepper

Orzo
300g orzo
1 large shallot
3/4 garlic cloves
7 sun-dried tomatoes
250g cherry tomatoes
100ml white wine (I used Sauvignon blanc)
2 sprigs fresh thyme

500 ml stock or broth of choice
