🥘 Ingredients:
• 2 whole chicken legs & thighs
• 3 potatoes, diced
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 300 ml water
• 1 tsp salt (to taste)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Pasta of your choice (cooked separately)
👩🍳 Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan. Brown the chicken on both sides.
2. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and bell pepper – sauté until fragrant.
3. Add diced potatoes, season with salt & pepper.
