Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
0:08 Prepare Chicken:
-Chicken boneless cubes 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-BBQ sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
0:56 Prepare Hot Mustard Sauce:
-Ketchup ½ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Chicken powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Cooking oil or melted ghee 1 tsp
-Dry flour as required
-Mayonnaise as required
-Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese Grated 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil/ghee 2 tbs

Direction:
Prepare Chicken:
-In a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, white pepper powder, red chilli crushed, pink salt, chicken powder & mix well.
-Cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
-On a griddle, add cooking oil, heat it, add marinated chicken, mix well, cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes or until chicken is tender.
-Crush & shred chicken with the help of spatula, turn off the flame & let it cool completely.
Prepare Hot Mustard Sauce:
-In a small bowl, add ketchup, mustard paste, chicken powder, red chilli crushed, oregano, whisk well until well combined, hot mustard sauce is ready, set aside.
-Take a rolled dough ball (160g), make a ball & sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
-Add cooking oil & sprinkle dry flour, then cut the rolled dough in half from the center & twist to make round dough balls.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
-On one rolled dough, spread mayonnaise, prepared chicken filling, mix cheese, prepared hot mustard sauce (1 tbs) & place another rolled dough over it & seal properly.
-On a griddle, add cooking oil & heat it, fry paratha on medium flame until golden on both sides (Makes 4-5).
-Serve with prepared hot mustard sauce & serve!
