INGREDIENTS:
Salmon:
2 salmon fillets
1/2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ‘Old Bay’ seasoning
1/2 tsp thyme

Brussel Sprouts:
1lb brussel sprouts
2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (optional)

Rice:
1/2 cup white basmati rice
1 cup water (can also sub for bone broth or vegetable broth)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp bone broth powder (optional)
