Ingredients
Chicken
1 kg (2.2 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Marinade
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp chicken seasoning
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
Vegetables
2 carrots, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
200 g (7 oz) broccoli and cauliflower florets
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, chicken seasoning, smoked paprika, honey, and olive oil.
Add the chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15–30 minutes.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for about 10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
Add the carrots, red pepper, broccoli, and cauliflower to the same pan. Season with salt, oregano, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Return the chicken to the pan and cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
