ingredients
5 eggs
3/4 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1 tsp white vinegar
200 g minced chicken
2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup water
1 tsp oyster sauce
0.5 tsp pepper
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tapioca flour water
-3 cloves garlic, chopped
-5 scallions, cut the scallion stalks into small pieces. green scallion cut into rings
-3 red chilies, cut into small pieces
process
-prepare the eggs, add salt, pepper, vinegar and mix evenly
-prepare a frying pan and pour oil on it, then add the eggs to the pan, Stir the eggs until they become scrambled. then remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
-add a little more oil on the pan, add garlic and scallion stalks to pan, stir-fry until fragrant.
-add minced chicken, cook until the chicken changes color to pale white, add red chili, add 2 tsp soy sauce, mix evenly and cook until the aroma of the soy sauce comes out
-add water, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, add eggs, then mix evenly, close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes
-add tapioca flour water, stir the mixture evenly and cook until the sauce thickens, green scallion, mix evenly and cook briefly or until wilted
-Turn off the heat, transfer it to a plate and it's ready to serve
