Recipe: Cut 2 chicken breasts For the coating:1 tbsp. corn starch, 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper and mix well Cover chicken with the mixture on both sides Turn the heat on medium high, add olive oil to the pan Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown In the meantime, let's get to the lemon! Peel the zest of 1 lemon Then squeeze the juice of the same lemon When everything is ready, set aside for later Finely chop 3 cloves of garlic When the chicken is cooked, set it aside Add butter to the same pan Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds Then add 120ml (1/2 cup) of chicken stock and the lemon juice Stir well Return the chicken back to the pan, as well as the resting juices Simmer for 3-5 minutes or a little longer if you prefer a thicker sauce Turn off the heat and sprinkle the chicken with lemon zest 15 minutes on the stove and this amazing chicken with lemon garlic sauce is ready!
