Makes 4 meals. I got all of the ingredients at @wholefoods for just $18. Picked items that did not require any cutting, chopping, or kitchen prep. Total cooking and cleaning time was less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
-450 g chicken breasts
-500g grain mix (lentils, rice, quinoa, etc.)
-1 lb Brussels sprouts
-1 lb green beans
-olive oil and seasoning of your choice
