190g double cream (200mls / 7oz)
65g sugar (75mls / ⅓ cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (5mls)
4 gelatine leaves


Strawberry jelly:
490g strawberry juice (500mls / 2 ⅛ cup)
65g sugar (75mls / ⅓ cup)
4 gelatine leaves


Garnish:
50g white chocolate
edible gold powder
100g fresh strawberries
mint leaves/edible flowers
