Ingredients:
1/2 cup raspberries (120 ml / about 60 g)
1/2 cup strawberries (120 ml / about 70 g)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup

100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate, melted
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mash the berries
2. Add the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine
3. Let sit for 20 minutes to let the chia seeds soak and mixture to thicken
4. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
5. Let set in the freezer for about an hour or until set
6. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in the chocolate. Place the bites on a plate lined with parchment paper. They will set quite quickly since the raspberry fillings are frozen. However, the fillings melt quite quickly, so try to dip them as fast as you can. You can of course put them into the freezer again if they have melted too much
7. Store in the fridge
