A quick tasty 5 minute microwave vanilla cake perfect for when you don't have time to bake. Easy vanilla cake with soft, moist & great vanilla flavour, we used buttercream frosting but it also fantastic with chocolate frosting. this 5 minute vanilla cake recipe is the perfect for a birthday cake or any special occasion. enjoy

Spice Bites Blog – 195

Ingredients :
for the cake -
melted butter 1/2 cup
condensed milk 1/3 cup
sugar 2 tbsp
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
flour (maida) 1 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
warm milk 3/4 cup

Food container 7 inch
baking time: high heat 4:30 to 5 min.
Caution: remember cooking time will depend on your microwave, material & Size of your container. try to preheat the microwave for one minute & for me it was 750 watts.

for frosting :
butter (room temperature) 200g
powdered sugar 1/2 cup
milk (cold) 2 tbsp
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

For decoration :
Cranberry ( you can use any kind of berries )
some sprinkles
