How to make healthy baked oats

Ingredients

1# Carrot cake oats :
1/3 cup of oat flour
1 tbsp almond flour
1/2 ground flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 or half tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple sauce
3 tbsp milk of choice
Walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional top with tahini and walnuts

2# Lemon curd cookie oats :
1/3 cup of oat flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 ground flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1 or half tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple sauce
3 tbsp milk of choice
Lemon zest
2 tsp lemon juice
For top lemon sauce and powdered sugar

3# Black forest cake oats :
1/3 cup of oat flour
1 tbsp almond flour
1/2 ground flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1 heaped tsp cocoa powder
1 or half tbsp honey
Half mashed banana
3 tbsp milk of choice
For top: cherry sauce, yogurt and dark chocolate

4# Spirulina berry cake oats :
1/3 cup of oat flour
1 tbsp almond flour
1/2 ground flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp green spirulina
1 or half tbsp honey
Half mashed banana
3 tbsp milk of choice
1 - 2 tbsp frozen strawberries
Top with frozen raspberry

Bake at 180°C for 20-25 min
