"CAULIFLOWER WITH TOMATO"


INGREDIENTS:
= PORK MEAT
= TOMATO
= BITTER GOURD
= OIL
= SALT
= CHICKEN POWDER
= OYSTER SAUCE
= SOY SAUCE
= CORNSTARCH
= SUGAR WHITE
= GARLIC


PROCEDURE:
1. MARINATE PORK INTO SOY SAUCE, OIL, OYSTER SAUCE, SUGAR WHITE & CORNSTARCH.

2. HEAT PAN, PUT OIL, SAUTE GARLIC, TOMATO &  PORK MARINATED. ADD BITTER GOURD, SEASON WITH SALT & CHICKEN POWDER. ADD WATER TO COOKED. SIMMER UNTIL TENDER THEN ADD OYSTER SAUCE TO TASTE.
