Recipe
Roughly Chop your vegetables for the sauce and this can include anything you like, but I used tomatoes, onion,bell papers, garlic
Season with salt and pepper and roast (in the oven,airfryer, or stove top) for about 20mins until fragrant and juicy, remove and blend and let it side, brown the meatballs in some little oil until golden brown, the remove,
Add butter or oil and fry some onions for extra aroma and return the meatballs in the pan and add the vegetable purée
Bring to a boil then simmer for about 8-10mins
In the meantime boil water, add some salt and oil then put the spaghetti to coo until soft and aldente
Transfer it to the meatball sauce and mix well, garnish with some fresh basil and grate some cheese if you have or simply serve and enjoy.
