This Recipe Is For 2 Mushroom Chicken Cheesesteaks

Ingredients

Chicken Breast: 21oz Thinly Sliced
Large Diced Onion: 1
Diced Garlic Cloves: 6
Baby Bella Mushrooms: 8 Sliced
Cooper Sharp Cheese: 8 Slices (4 per sandwich)
Sea Salt: Few Pinches/Season To Taste
Pepper: Few Sprinkles/Season To Taste
Olive Oil: Enough To Coat Pan, Then Add As Needed
Seeded Italian Roll: 2

Instructions

1.) Slice 21oz Of Chicken Breast Very Thin.
2.) Dice 1 Large Onion.
3.) Dice 6 Garlic Cloves
4.) Slice 8 Baby Bella Mushrooms
5.) Coat Pan With Olive Oil & Turn On To Medium High Heat.
6.) Once Pan Is Warm Enough Add 1 Large Onion & Sauté Until Soft.
7.) Next, Add 6 Diced Garlic Cloves, 8 Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms & A Few Pinches Of Sea Salt To Pan, Sauté Veggies Until Soft. (Add Sprinkle Of Olive Oil As Needed.)
8.) Once Veggies Become Soft Remove & Set To The Side.
9.) Coat Pan With Olive Oil & Add The 21 Ounces Of Freshly Sliced Chicken Breast To Pan. Add A Few Pinches Of Salt & Pepper & Cook For 3 To 4 Minutes, Then Turn Over Onto Other Side.
10.) Once Chicken Is Turned Over, Add A Few Pinches Of Salt & Pepper/To Taste, Then Cook For Approximately 3 Minutes Or Until Just About Cooked. (You May Have To Drain Some Of The Moisture Out Of The Pan At This Point)
11.) At This Point, Break Chicken Up Into Little Pieces As Best As Possible Using A Spatula, Or Whatever You Have.
12.) Next, Re-Incorporate The Veggies, The Onions, Garlic & Mushrooms Back Into The Pan, Add A Sprinkle Of Olive Oil & Mix All Ingredients In Together Really Well. Let Simmer For A Minute.
13.) Divide Chicken Breast Meat In Half. Place 4 Slices Of Cooper Sharp Cheese On One Half, And 4 Slices Of Cooper Sharp Cheese On The Other Half. Cover For About 2 Minutes Or So To Let The Cheese Melt Down A Bit. Then Mix The Cheese In With The Sautéed Chicken & Veggies.
14.) Prepare Your Seeded Italian Roll By Turning It On It’s Side & Slicing It Right Down The Middle Long Ways.
15.) At This Point Add Whatever Condiments That You Like. (I Either Will Add Mayo To Both Sides Of My Bread, Or I’ll Oil Both Sides Of My Bread With Olive Oil. Add Whatever You Like)
16.) Then Start Adding The Contents Of Your Pan Onto Your Rolls. Add One Half Of The Chicken Breast & Veggies & Cheese Onto One Roll, & The Other Half Of Chicken & Veggie & Cheese Mix Onto The Other Roll.

That’s It, You’re Finished!
