This easy Baked Chicken and Veggies is a delicious and healthy meal everyone will enjoy!

What you need;
2 chicken breasts
200g bell pepper
300g potatoes
200g carrots
1 onion
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup olives
Bake at 400F for 35-40 mins

For sauce;
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp dill and parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small pickle
