Cut 500-700 grams of chicken fillet. You can take turkey.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, starch, 50 g of teriyaki sauce and 30 g of vegetable oil.
Mix and fry for 7 minutes.
Chop 2 heads of garlic and 1 bell pepper.
Remove the meat and fry the garlic and pepper for 5 minutes and add the meat on top. Fry for another 5 minutes all together.
