Today letβs make a small serving of eggless whole wheat chocolate waffles. This incredibly simple and quick recipe makes two small wafflesβ¨π«
Ingredients-
π§1/4 cup whole wheat flour
π§1/4 tsp baking powder
π§2 tsp cornflour
π§3 tbsp jaggery powder
π§1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
π§1/4 cup warm milk
π§1 tbsp butter, melted
π§1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, jaggery powder, cornflour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
2. Now add milk and melted butter and whisk it together.
3. Preheat the waffle maker and grease it with melted butter.
4. Transfer about 2 tbsp of the batter into the waffle maker and cook them untill its crisp.
5. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the waffles.
