Today letโs make a small serving of eggless whole wheat chocolate waffles. This incredibly simple and quick recipe makes two small wafflesโจ๐ซ
Ingredients-
๐ง1/4 cup whole wheat flour
๐ง1/4 tsp baking powder
๐ง2 tsp cornflour
๐ง3 tbsp jaggery powder
๐ง1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
๐ง1/4 cup warm milk
๐ง1 tbsp butter, melted
๐ง1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, jaggery powder, cornflour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
2. Now add milk and melted butter and whisk it together.
3. Preheat the waffle maker and grease it with melted butter.
4. Transfer about 2 tbsp of the batter into the waffle maker and cook them untill its crisp.
5. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the waffles.
