Well this is probably the most naughtiest pudding I have so far yet attempted. The calorie count is very likely enormous so on health grounds I would only have this on rare occasions - like Christmas!

50g Plain FlourĀ 
15g Icing SugarĀ 
2 EggsĀ 
splash of Vanilla EssenceĀ 
2 Mars BarsĀ 

To cook:
Pop in drawer, Airfry setting
200c/392f for 10 mins
(flip Puff Pastry one over at
7 mins, cook for remaining 3)


Battered Mars Bar:
Dip in Egg (with added Vanilla Essence
then Flour (with added Icing sugar
repeat about 3 times. Place on a dish
and pop in freezer for 30mins


Puff Pastry Mars Bar:
Lay out pastry (or roll it) Place
Mars Bar at the end, and cut a large
triangle. Roll over Mars Bar, folding
in sides until the pointy end is
showing. Egg Wash, Once cooked,
sprinkle Icing sugar overĀ
