Tuna Patties: 12oz can (or 2- 5ox cans) of chunk light tuna, drained and flaked Add in ¼ cup onion, ¼ cup cornmeal, ¼ cup flour, 3 tablespoons mayo and 1 beaten egg Mix well adding additional flour if needed Makes 4 good sized patties Fry in oil and butter apprx 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown Drain on paper towels
