Stewed potato soup with chicken will satisfy everyone! 2 meals in one pot! Soup for the lazy!
My grandmother taught me how to cook this way ! I always don't have enough time to cook and I'm looking for ways to cook deliciously, spending little time! Meal 2 in 1 ! An incredibly simple soup recipe to satisfy everyone! This meal can be eaten for several days! It's enough to put it on the hob and go about your business! Soup and stewed potatoes with chicken will be prepared without my participation! This is a favorite of my simple and delicious recipes for the whole family!
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 carrot
1 leek
6-7 potatoes
2 chicken thighs
Salt, pepper
1 bell pepper
2 celery
Green onion
Fresh dill

Hello dear friends.
Today we are cooking 2in1 dish, it can be soup but also a whole meal.

First cut around 1 tbsp of butter.
Put butter on the bottom of your pot. Cut the other half of the carrot that is left.
And also cut the half of leek we have left.
Put it as the top layer into the pot.
Cut more potatoes into large pieces.
And also put potatoes again in the pot.
Let’s cut some bell peppers.
Cutting on quite big pieces.
Also going to cut some celery.
Put bell peppers and celery in the pot.
Add on top 1 tbsp of butter.
Again salt it and add black pepper.
Add bay leaf.
Now add around 500ml of water.
That’s little more than half of my pot.
Close the lid.
It’s important not to mix it, so the veggies would not break.
Let it cook on slow heat for a minimum 55 min.
Or a maximum of half an hour.
For topping I am going to add some green onions and fresh dill.
When our dish is cooked, add greens on top.
Look how delicious this looks!
Meat and veggies are so soft.
It can be served without broth.
Or you can serve with broth, and then it’s real soup.

Also cut leek in 2 halves and cut the first half in small pieces.
Put also in the pot when cutted.
Cut potatoes in large pieces.
Also put them into the pot.
Now put salt and pepper to your taste.
Now we will need 2 chicken thighs.
I am taking off the skin,because the soup is gonna be already with enough fat.
Now put the chicken in the pot as a next layer.
