Hi Everyone!
Today my mom teaches me how she makes her delicious fried rice and plantation chicken!

Enjoy!

Fried Rice Recipe: (remember that you can use whatever is left in your fridge for a dish like this!)
2 C. uncooked rice (preferably old rice)
1 C. diced carrots
1/2 diced onion
1 Portuguese sausage
2 scrambled eggs
1 C. peas
1 C. green onion
1 T. Oyster Sauce https://amzn.to/3x2Gnha
2 T. Shoyu https://amzn.to/3ATDjoO
Sesame oil (drizzle over) https://amzn.to/3BiX627

Chicken Recipe:
Shoyu https://amzn.to/3ATDjoO
Salt https://amzn.to/3AWk9ym
Flour https://amzn.to/3BeGPub

Let the chicken soak in shoyu for 15-20 minutes and refrigerate.
Coat with flour and brown.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes depending on how thick and how big your chicken pieces are.
