My grandmother taught me how to cook like this! I always don’t have enough time to cook and I’m looking for ways to cook deliciously, spending little time! Food 2 in 1! An incredibly simple soup recipe that everyone will love! This dish can be eaten for several days! Just put it on the stove and go about your business! Soup and chicken stew will be cooked without my participation! This is my favorite of the simple and delicious recipes for the whole family!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 carrot
1 leek
6-7 potatoes
2 chicken thighs
Salt pepper
1 bell pepper
2 celery
green onion
fresh dill

Hello dear friends.
Today we are preparing a 2 in 1 dish, it can be soup or a full meal.

First, chop about 1 tablespoon of butter.
Put the oil in the bottom of the pot. Chop the remaining half of the carrot.
We also chop the remaining half of the leek.
Place it as the top layer in the pot.
Cut more potatoes into large pieces.
And also put the potatoes back in the pan.
Chop a few bell peppers.
Cutting into fairly large pieces.
I'll also chop the celery.
Put the bell pepper and celery into the pot.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter on top.
Salt again and add black pepper.
Add bay leaf.
Now add about 500 ml of water.
That's a little over half my bank.
Close the lid.
It is important not to mix so that the vegetables do not break.
Cook over low heat for at least 55 minutes.
Or at least half an hour.
For the filling, I'm going to add some green onions and fresh dill.
When our dish is ready, add greens on top.
Look how delicious it looks!
The meat and vegetables are so soft.
Can be served without broth.
Or you can serve with broth, and then you get a real soup.
