Fresh Strawberry Cake
Yogurt Cake

These desserts are not only delicious but also easy to prepare, perfect for sharing with friends and family. I’ve included the ingredient quantities for each recipe below.

Ingredients:
For Fresh Strawberry Cake
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 450 g fresh strawberry
- Some powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
- Some strawberry sauce
For Yogurt Cake
- 500 g cherries (frozen)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 large eggs (separate yolks and whites)
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 80 g unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar to add to the egg whites
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar dusting the cake
- pitch of salt
For Soft Lemon Cookies
- 2 lemon zest
- 1 lemon juice
- 130g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 80g melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Some yellow food coloring (optional)
Ingredients for the Custard Filling
- 2 egg yolks
- 40g sugar
- 8-10g cornstarch
- 40g milk
- 60g lemon juice
- 1 lemon zest(explained in video)
- 20g melted unsalted butter
For Triple Sweet Rolls
To make the Dough
- 1/4 cup instant espresso powder
- 2 cups very hot milk 190F (89C)
- 21/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cups all-purpose flour or more as needed
Ingredients for the Filling
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp espresso powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Ingredients for the icing
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp espresso or strong coffee
For Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 cup warm milk (not hot)
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast ( rapid rise)
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 4 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour plus 2 to 4 tbsp and more to dust
Ingredients for the Cinnamon Roll Filling;
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, plus 1 tsp for greasing the pan
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 100g chopped pecans (optional)
To make the cream cheese icing:
- 120 g cream cheese softened
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
For Soft Chocolate Cookies
- 3 large eggs
- 80g sugar
- 1 tsp (10g) vanilla extract
- 150ML vegetable oil
- 150ML milk
- 20g cocoa powder
- 10 g baking powder
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 450g frozen berries
-100g sugar to be added to the berry sauce
- 40g corn starch
- 40ML water
- 20ML orange juice
- 400ML heavy cream (35% fat)
- 50g powdered sugar for the whipped cream
- Some raspberries for decoration
