These are a few recipes that are cheap and easy but not lacking in taste.
I hope you enjoy these budget friendly desserts!!
Banana Pudding
3-4 bananas
1 box valilla wafers
3 cups milk
2-2.3 oz boxes french vanilla pudding
1-8oz package of cream cheese
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1-8oz container whip cream.
Mix everything but wafers and bananas is a bowl. Layer bananas, wafers and pudding. Refrigerate for 12 hrs then enjoy.
Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad
1-8oz package cream cheese
1-3.4oz package instant cheesecake pudding
1/2 milk
1-2 lbs strawberries sliced
2-3 bananas sliced
2 tbs lemon juice
Mix cream cheese, pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Fold in strawberries, bananas and lemon juice. Enjoy
Chocolate Eclair Cake
1 box graham crackers
2 3.4 oz boxes french. vanilla instant pudding
12 oz cool whip defrosted
3 1/2 cups milk
1 tub chocolate icing
Mix pudding, cool whip and milk together. Layer graham crackers pudding 2-3 times. Microwave chocolate icing 20-40 seconds. Pour over last graham cracker layer. Refrigerate for 12-24 hrs. Enjoy
Peach Cobbler
2 29oz cans sliced peaches in syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 box vanilla cake mix
3/4 cup butter melted
Add one can peaches with syrup to 9 X 12 dish. Add second can of peaches after you drain the can. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches. Sprinkle entire box mix over peaches. Add melted butter over box cake mix. DO NOT MIX. Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 50-55 minutes until top is golden brown. Enjoy
Cinnamon Roll Apple Cobbler
1 20oz can apple pie filling
1 tube cinnamon rolls
Cut cinnamon rolls into four pieces add to dish after spraying with olive oil. Add apple pie filling on top. Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes. Heat icing for 5 seconds in microwave. Pour over apples and cinnamon pieces after cooked. Serve with vanilla ice cream! Yum
