Ingredients 🌸 1 Egg ( room temperature ) 1/2 cup Sugar 3 and 1/2 tbsp Oil Few drops of vanilla essence 1/2 cup Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Pinch of Salt 1/4 cup Milk ( room temperature ) 2 tbsp Butter ( room temperature )
( half or double the recipe according to your choice )
- Take a bowl and add egg , sugar , oil and drops of vanilla essence! - Mix until sugar gets completely dissolved! - Now add all dry ingredients and mix gently! - Now mix melted butter and milk together and add in mixture! - Mix gently and transfer into mould! - Now bake this at 170C in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!
