Whipped Feta Cheese Board:
8 oz feta 1/2 cup plain yogurt (I added a little more) 1 TBL Honey Olives: 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives 1 cup pitted green olives 1 TBL za’atar 1 TBL oregano 3 TBL olive oil Pine nuts
In food processor blend the feta, yogurt, and honey together until smooth. In a bowl add the olives, olive oil and seasoning stir to combine. Toast the pine nuts. Spread feta mixture on the board, top with olive mixture. Top with toasted pine nuts and serve with your favorite pita chips.
Taco Dip:
1 can refried beans 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup miracle whip 1 packet taco seasoning 1 can black olives diced 1 bunch of green onions diced 2 Tomatoes diced 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese/Mexican style cheese
Spread refried beans evenly in pie dish. In a separate bowl combine sour cream, miracle whip, and taco seasoning. Spread that mixture on top of your beans. Add tomatoes, olives, then green onions. Top with shredded cheese. Serve with Tortilla chips.
