1/2 cup butter (softened) 1 cup granulated sugar (or Splenda) 1 egg 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup all purpose flour (or almond flour) 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cups oats 1/2 cup nuts (optional) 1/4 cup crasins (optional)
