Baking time: 20-25 mins

INGREDIENTS

For one 200 ml mug chocolate cake

all purpose flour 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/8 tsp or a pinch
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp or a pinch
Powdered sugar 1 1/2 tbsp / 20 gm / 25 ml Olive oil or melted butter or Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
Condensed Milk 1 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp or 30 ml
fresh cream 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 2 drop

For one 200 ml mug vanilla cake

all purpose flour 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/8 tsp or a pinch
olive oil or melted butter or Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp or a pinch
Powdered sugar 1 1/2 tbsp / 20 gm / 25 ml
Condensed Milk 1 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp or 30 ml
fresh cream 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp

NOTE : for vanilla cake all ingredients are same except - 1) skip Cocoa powder 2) add Vanilla essence ½ tsp

PROCEDURE

1.Assemble the ingredients and put in mug.
2.Whisk well to have a smooth lump free paste.
3.Preheat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes
4.Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 mins at 180 degree C or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5.Let it cool, add toppings (optional) and enjoy!
